Wake up. And keep awake.

And I keep writing. To open the tap for thinking. For thinking clearly. It’s like priming a new well pump, you open the tap and let the water flow. The more it flows the clearer it gets.

I see a transition from seeking direction to owning a direction. Some are moving from abstract planning to acknowledging you have built a tangible assets. However, there is a persistent tension between doing the actual work (writing, creating) and “productive procrastination” (tweaking tools).

Sometimes I feel like an impostor ..

I will completely finish off this completed project’s Final Report this week, so I close down it completely and don’t drag the unfinished thing behind me! So my brain doesn’t become a ghost that’s coming back and haunting my other activities, draining them out of life energy.

So then, Systems Engineering is a multifaceted discipline, involving human, organizational, and various technical variables that work together to create complex systems.
